Exact Continuous Mixer Models
Exact Mixing manufactures a full line of mixer models and sizes that will mix a wide variety of food products:
EX Continuous Mixer – Ideal for wheat-based products such as pretzels, crackers, sweet goods, pie crusts, pet treats, and a variety of other wheat-based snacks. It is designed to uniformly mix products where dough moisture levels range from very low to very high without generating excessive heat. Production rates range from 50 to 10,000 kg/hour.
HDX Continuous Mixer – This mixer is designed for buns, breads, English muffins, and similar products, and specifically for manufacturing highly developed dough at low temperatures. All ingredients are first mixed into a uniform mass with a twin-screw mixer. In a separate section, the dough is kneaded to the proper development level with a single-screw mixer. The HDX mixer offers dough production rates from 1,500 to 10,000 kg/hour.
MX Continuous Mixer – Our most versatile mixer is well suited for a wide variety of products, including cookies, snacks, batters, icings, pretzels, pizza, and pastes. It is also an ideal first stage mixer for processes that require creme up and pre-blend stages. Production rates range from 500 to 6,000 kg/hour.
FX Continuous Mixer – Perfect for hydroscopic powders, such as potato flakes used to make fabricated potato chips and any other low moisture mixtures, this mixer distributes small amounts of moisture evenly into large amounts of powder by lifting the powder into atomized liquids. This mixer offers dough production rates from 100 to 1,250 kg/hour.
LDX Continuous Mixer – This mixer is ideal for cookies and other applications where ingredients are blended before flour is added. In the first mixing stage, all minor ingredients can be combined with some of the flour and the fat can be cut in. In the final stage, the remaining flour is added to create the final dough. Production rates for this mixer range from 1,500 to 7,500 kg/hour.
