All Exact Mixer models are offered in pilot sizes. The pilot size mixers operate between 50 and 250 kilograms per hour. Customers often purchase pilot sized mixers to perform product development, ingredients testing and training in their plant without the cost required to perform these functions on a full production line.
Our EX and MX Continuous Mixers are also offered in Bench Top Models for even smaller scale product development. These units produce at a rate of 200 kilograms per hour.
