In addition to Exact Mixing equipment, Reading Bakery Systems also offers Thomas L. Green Biscuit and Cracker and Reading Pretzel and Snack Systems. Our Exact Mixing systems are seamlessly integrated into these production systems, and we provide turnkey systems from mixing through baking.
RBS and Exact Mixing also offer a wide range of dough handling equipment, and fully automated dough rework systems.
Exact Mixing works closely with the other Markel Food Group companies – AMF Bakery Systems and Tromp Group – to provide turnkey systems. AMF specializes in bread and bun production, and Tromp focuses on pizza, pies and pastry products.
Our mixing systems are not limited to these applications. Downstream equipment often includes sheeting, extrusion, depositing, rotary molding, wire-cutting, as well as baking, frying, par baked, frozen dough and dough forming processes.
