We engineer and manufacture our equipment at the Reading Bakery Systems facility in Robesonia, Pennsylvania.
Hydrobond Technology
Exact Mixing Hydrobond Technology quickly brings a dry ingredient stream (usually flour) together with liquids, creating a more uniformly hydrated dough with little temperature gain. Use it with a continuous mixer for a more efficient mixing process or with a pre-hydration system for mixing flour, minors, and water directly into a brew holding tank. The technology can also be retrofitted to existing systems.
When utilized with an Exact Continuous Mixer, Hydrobond Technology speeds up the continuous process, allowing for the use of a shorter mixer, which results in a smaller footprint, lower equipment costs, and lower energy costs.
Loss-in-Weight Technology
Exact Mixing also designs and supplies metering systems for nearly every Continuous Mixer we supply. Our Loss-in-Weight technology is the most accurate feeding technology available. And all metering and mixing procedures are monitored and initiated by the control system, so operators can always confirm and modify as needed.
