Are you interested in innovation in the bakery industry? In the market for cutting-edge industrial bakery equipment? Consider products from Exact Mixing, a leading manufacturer and supplier of Continuous Mixing systems in the USA.
Founded in 1994 in Memphis, Tennessee, Exact Mixing became a brand of Reading Bakery Systems in 2008 and continues to deliver state-of-the-art mixing solutions to customers and industries around the world. We engineer and manufacture our equipment at the main Reading Bakery Systems facility in Robesonia, Pennsylvania.
Hydrobond Technology
Exact Mixing was awarded patent protection for our Hydrobond Technology® by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). This breakthrough in dough mixing will help you make doughs faster with more uniform moisture distribution and less energy.
It brings liquids and a dry ingredient stream (typically flour) together quickly before entering a continuous mixer, uniformly hydrating it without adding heat to the dough. Use it with a pre-hydration system to mix flour, minors, and water directly into a brew holding tank. It can also be retrofitted to your existing systems.
Hydrobond Technology, when used with an Exact Continuous Mixer, makes the mixing process more efficient and allows for using a shorter mixer, resulting in a smaller footprint and lower equipment and energy costs.
Loss-in-Weight Technology
Exact Mixing designs, engineers, and manufactures metering systems for almost every Continuous Mixer we supply. Our Loss-in-Weight technology is the most accurate feeding technology available. Metering and mixing procedures are monitored and initiated by the control system, so operators can always confirm and modify as needed.
Improved Cookie Process
Exact Mixing has recently developed innovative technologies that are required for cookie dough mixing, including continuous multi-stage mixing, metering of solid fats, and low-temperature dough mixing. Our Exact LDX Continuous Mixer features two-stage mixing for cookies and other products that have creme-up and final mixing stages. This mixer can lower energy and labor costs, optimize food safety, and produce a more consistent product by eliminating undesirable batch-to-batch dough variations.
