If you are interested in Continuous Mixing equipment, consider Exact Mixing, leading suppliers of industrial bakery mixers. We manufacture a full line of mixer models and sizes that will successfully mix a wide range of snack food products.
Founded in 1994 in Memphis, Tennessee, Exact Mixing, now a Reading Bakery Systems brand located in Robesonia, Pennsylvania, has a knowledgeable team that has solved complex mixing challenges for customers across the globe.
What is Continuous Mixing?
Continuous Mixing continuously meters ingredients directly into the mixing chamber and generates a constant stream of mixed dough at the exit of the mixer. One mixer is capable of feeding multiple lines and can be operated with less labor and energy than batch mixing. Mix in stages to ensure the proper incorporation of all ingredients.
Our Continuous Mixer Models
MX Continuous Mixer – The MX Mixer is designed for high energy mixing. Our most versatile mixer, it is well-suited to cookies, snacks, pretzels, pizza,, batters, icings, and pastes.
EX Continuous Mixer – The EX Mixer is designed for wheat-based snacks, such as crackers, sweet goods, and other stiff low- absorption to mid-absorption doughs.
HDX Continuous Mixer – The HDX Mixer is a two-stage system designed to mix highly developed ultra-high absorption doughs at low temperatures, such as bread, rolls, buns, English muffins, and similar products.
FX Continuous Mixer – The FX Mixer is designed for products where critical moisture levels determine the final product’s texture, such as baked chips and crisp products.
LDX Continuous Mixer – The LDX Mixer is ideal for cookies and other applications where ingredients are blended before adding flour.
What Does a Continuous Mixing System Include?
Exact Mixing provides complete systems, testing, and installation supervision for straight dough and liquid ferment systems.
Your complete Continuous Mixing System will include the mixer, blender, materials handling equipment, ingredients metering equipment, and a control system to monitor and distribute product between them.
Our mixers have been designed with Loss-in-Weight technology – the most accurate feeding technology available. All metering and mixing procedures are also monitored and initiated by the control system so the operator can always confirm and modify as needed.
