What is Continuous Mixing?
Continuous Mixing continuously meters ingredients directly into the mixing chamber and generates a constant stream of mixed dough at the exit of the mixer. One mixer can feed multiple lines and can be operated with less labor and energy than batch mixing. Mix in stages to ensure the proper incorporation of all ingredients.
