Two Stage Mixers
Bread, Buns & Rolls: Exact Mixing specifically developed the HDX (High Development) Continuous Mixer for 2-stage mixing at low temperatures of ultra-high absorption dough, such as for breads, hamburger and hot dog buns, hard rolls, English muffins, tortillas, multi-grain products, and other similar products.
The 2-stage system provides precise and uninterrupted ingredient metering to the mixer and mixes all ingredients into a uniform mass with a twin-screw mixer in the first stage. In the second stage, the dough is kneaded to the proper development level with a single screw mixer. The HDX Mixer offers dough production rates from 1,500 to 10,000 kg/hour.
Cookies & Other 2-Stage Products: The LDX Continuous Mixer is well-suited for most types of cookies and other applications where ingredients are blended before flour is added. All ingredients except flour are combined in the crème-up stage, and special mixing elements cut the fat into the other ingredients. The flour is added before the development stage where the final dough is created. This mixer offers dough production rates up to 9,000 kg/hr.
